Champagne Bruno Paillard is one of the youngest champagne houses in the region, founded in 1981 by Bruno Paillard when he was still in his twenties—the first new champagne house established in nearly a century. Alice Paillard, Bruno’s daughter, is the current CEO and co-owner of the house. She joined the family business in 2007 and was appointed CEO in 2018 when she was in her late 30s.

Ms. Paillard leads with three core values: love (for the product and people), respect (for the land and transparency), and consciousness (of environmental impact). Her father Bruno remains active as president, still participating in the blending of each release. Ms. Paillard is part of La Transmission – Femmes en Champagne, a group of nine female Champagne leaders supporting the next generation of women in the industry.

The masterclass will take place at a one-star Michelin restaurant in the 5th arrondissement.
